LLC "HYDROENERGOTECHSERVICE" Operating experience of hydrounits of hydroelectric power plants (HPP) shows that their reliable work can be achieved only as a result of qualitative and high-skilled performance of all kinds of works on designing, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of the equipment of HPP in a good condition. Thus, the important factors are:
- the advanced engineering workings out, technologies and materials;
- careful installation, high-skilled commissioning works and tests;
- the competent and responsible operational personnel.
The special role at maintenance of the equipment of HPP on the proper level is played also by diagnostics and the condition control, preventive maintenance and tests which should be carried out in sufficient volumes and in target dates.
One of the areas of activity of “Hydroenergotechservice” LLC (HETS), established in March, 2008, is work on diagnosing of a condition of the hydroturbine equipment of HPP, adoption of the modern automated control means and methods, carrying out of all kinds of tests, commissioning and supervision works on the hydroturbine equipment at the highest technological level. Other important direction of activity of HETS is performance of works on technical coordination, management of the projects connected with manufacturing and commissioning of the hydroturbine equipment, rendering of others engineering services as the Owner’s Engineer (Client’s Engineer) at projects of delivery of new or modernisation of the existing equipment. Depending on requirements of the Client “Hydroenergotechservice” LLC can render other kinds of engineering and consulting services on the hydroturbine equipment at stages of designing, construction, reconstruction (modernisation) of hydroelectric power plants, deliver control instrumentations and spare parts to hydroturbine equipment.
Final mission of HETS at rendering of services is achievement of high reliability, trouble-free operation and maximum efficiency of use of hydrounits.
